Paper Surveys are a Thing of The Past
In the past surveys have been completed on paper. The reason that there is a need to complete surveys is because data needs to be compiled to determine different types of information. The process of compiling data when using a paper survey is a tedious process. Details may be over looked because there is so much information to review. Answers that are given on these paper survey's could be misinterpreted or completely looked over.
Paper surveys have now become a thing of the past with the implementation of computerized, online surveys. With this technique data is compiled in an efficient manner that leaves little room for error. All answers are analyzed and the information that was needed is filed in a manner that is conducive to the survey. With online surveys it is possible for a survey to be compared almost effortlessly to a previous one or to other participants.

The data is accurate which makes it more reliable than paper surveys. Paper can be lost and it cannot be replaced but with a computerized system back up files can be made that will stand the test of time.
With the development of modern technology there are many positive aspects on online surveys. Online surveys are easy to use, you point and click and your answers are entered into the system. Most people are more inclined to complete and online survey versus a paper survey because it is so much simpler. It is not only simple for the participant but also much simpler for the company or person in need of the information on the surveys.
In addition to ease, online surveys are more environmentally friendly. The paper consumption decreases when online surveys are used. It is also less expensive to use an online survey than a paper survey because of the cost of printing. Also it is so much faster to complete and online survey in comparison to completing paper surveys. It is faster to analyze data as well.
Paper surveys are a thing of the past. Soon enough we will see very few paper surveys being used because of the various positive aspects of using online surveys. As technology has advanced we have seen a decline in the use of paper surveys and the online use of surveys is expected to increase in the near future.
